Currently, contributors may not clearly understand whether their submission has been approved or rejected, or the specific reason behind the decision. The proposed feature would send notifications when a deed submission is approved or rejected. If a submission is rejected, the notification should include a brief explanation indicating the reason for the decision. For example, the notice could specify if the provided source is invalid, if the evidence is insufficient, or if the information appears inaccurate. Providing clear feedback would help contributors understand what needs to be corrected before submitting another report.

It is requested to add an auto-moderation system to the C4GG website to help prevent inappropriate content and maintain a safe environment for members. This system would automatically detect and block posts or comments containing offensive language, spam, or harmful content, especially during debates or discussions among members. The auto-moderation system would work alongside human moderators, catching content that may go unnoticed and reducing the risk of conflicts or misuse.

It is requested to implement a poll system on the C4GG website to create interactive activities for members. The system would allow members to submit poll topics and provide a voting mechanism with limits, such as restricting the number of votes per user per day. To prevent misuse or spam, submitted polls should require approval or denial by moderators before going live. The system could also include a time-limited voting feature, showing countdowns for when polls close. This feature would serve both entertainment and practical purposes, such as gathering opinions on community topics, planning events, or making group decisions for C4GG activities.

It is requested to organize the officials' list in the deed creation section in alphabetical order. Currently, the list is not sorted, which makes it difficult for users to locate a specific official, especially when scrolling through long lists. Some officials may not appear immediately in the search, and not all users are comfortable with or able to use the search function efficiently. Alphabetical sorting would provide a straightforward way to find officials quickly and reduce confusion during deed creation.

Display three government branches (Executive, Legislative and Judiciary) instead of National Leadership overall view. along with its core duties & responsibilities and scope of work. Should place executive (president and vice-president), legislative (senate president and house speaker) and judiciary (chief justice) leader on same level.
