This is a good, but not that good. I do not blame Former President Rodrigo Duterte because he doesn't have the power to make laws, he did his best here. It's not that good because the congress wouldn't pass a better FOI bill which will give us the demandable right to demand records including spendings of the government and government officials no matter what branch they are. My personal verdict is Rodrigo Duterte did good here, it's the best he could do within his power, so credit still goes to him. This is something I'll thank him for.
