Ama ng pahiyaan sa buong Pilipinas. Tahimik sa flood control scandal. Tahinik kapag big fish na ang makakalaban. Anti seafarers act. Cannot distinguish mere domicile vs residence. Many oopss (cyber libel).

This person is an unprincipled liar. He opposed PUV modernization and even signed a resolution opposing it. However, when the president said he wants PUV modernization to push through, he quickly said that he supports the modernization and the senate doesn't oppose it despite Risa Hontiveros being the only senator who didn't sign the resolution opposing it.

Produkto ng political dynasty. Naging bise dahil lamang sa apelyido.Too much political drama at balimbingan. Too much overseas trips.
