Sara Duterte has a proven track record when it comes to Good Governance and Davao City is one proof to that. She is also able to make the Office of the Vice President operate efficiently despite being financially oppressed by the Marcos Jr. Administration. It is a difficult task to operate on a very tight budget yet her office is able to deliver projects as planned.
