This man is shady; all he wants is increase taxes and he has recent track record of blatantly lying to the public and being a pretentious person. If that's not bad enough, he transferred PhilHealth funds to the national budget and he couldn't cite any legal basis in defending it before the Supreme Court in the oral arguments, all he did is appeal to the emotions and the Supreme Court declared that transferring PhilHealth funds to the national budget is unconstitutional.

Forcing his hand to ensure Bienvenido Abante Jr. will be proclaimed as congressman despite the Supreme Court abandoning the second placer rule destroyed whatever is left in his tiny credibility.
