I watch senate hearings, and Senator Lacson is one of the Senators who speak with substance and fair reasoning. He is firm and maintains posture.
The ICI appears to have been created only to make it seem that the admin is doing something about the flood control mess but doesn't really produce any significant findings.
The SBRC headed by Ping seems to have shielded the real masterminds, et. al. from accountability. He claimed to be following the evidence but appear to be only doing so if it leads away from Romualdez, Marcos, & his cohorts.
