This Congressman has unexplained wealth if you will look at all the watches, luxury cars and properties he ostentatiously display.

He’s a lawmaker, but he acts like a lawbreaker. He puts budget into barangay halls and other buildings, but a lot of them are in the wrong places—some on sidewalks, some beside schools blocking windows and natural light. If this is how legislators use public funds, we’ll just stay poor and our streets will stay clogged.
