Erwin Teshiba Tulfo already proved himself to be a deceiver who doesn't want to answer questions about his citizenship issues. When the issue about his US passport being revoked for using a fake US birth certificate with a name "Erich Sylvester Tulfo" surfaced, he avoided the issue, he only claimed that he was an illegal worker in the USA. If he can deceive the US government by either using a fake US birth certificate or illegally working in the USA, then it means he has no problem deceiving us Filipinos. His bend the law remarks suggest that he's willing to violate the law.
