He is the House Speaker at the time anomalous 2025 GAA was passed and has capability to check the items to remove the anomalous projects since it was discussed on kamara. Letting it pass on his watch makes him accountable on it.

ICI power is only limited/bounded to executive branch and didn't exercise investigation to higher levels such as cabinet secretaries and the head (president). The investigation only reached its highest level of investigation to district engineers and resigned secretaries.
It's poses fitness risk to the president when it comes to decision making especially the country is facing internal issues (corruption) and external issues (Middle East Conflict).

Wants to End Corruption but doesn't do what is right, proper, and correct way to do it. All corruption links lead to Malacañang. Tries real hard to propagate propaganda to deflect issues and allegations of corruption to his admin, and pushes that ALL corruptions was lead by Zaldy Co and the Discayas, cutting the links to his cousin Martin Romualdez and eventually to him.

Member of a FAT Dynasty that has reigned power in her home town for more than 30 years. and if elected President in 2028, will only be in it for Revenge politics that maligned her father FPRRD who is also responsible to the EJKs under his regime. - No significant work noted done in her tenure as VP. - as DepEd Sec. she was only concern of potential "rebel" detection in schools (but that should be under CHED since most NPA recruitment came from Colleges and not Elem-HS under DepEd) - Backlog of classrooms are still piling up which should be under both DepEd and DPWH - Always out of the country, not attracting potential investors but who knows what she was doing abroad. - Exposes corruption but no action taken as of date to the said corruption issue during her tenure as DepEd Sec. (Zaldy Co's overpriced laptops for schools), but ONLY when the UNITEAM was breaking and the "deals" were broken and exposed.
