The Dasmariñas local government launched the Tulong Puhunan program, providing livelihood training and small business skills development for residents. Context: Many residents needed economic support and livelihood opportunities following pandemic-related disruptions. Execution: About 450 beneficiaries from different barangays participated in training sessions on skills such as: - food processing - candle making - sewing and rug making - dishwashing liquid production - online selling Impact: - Expanded livelihood opportunities for residents - Encouraged entrepreneurship among local communities - Provided skills training for income generation
