SECTION 1. Short Title - This Act shall be known as the "Santa Rosa City District Hospital Act". SECTION 2. Establishment of the district hospital - A one hundred (100) bed capacity district hospital is hereby established in Barangay Market Area, City of Santa Rosa, Province of Laguna, to be known as the "Santa Rosa City District Hospital". SECTION 3. Supervision - The Santa Rosa City District Hospital shall be under the direct administrative supervision of the local government of the City of Santa Rosa with the technical support from the Department of Health. SECTION 4. Appropriations The amount of Two Hundred Fifty Million Pesos (Php250,000,000) necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act and shall be included in the General Appropriations Act immediately following the year of the enactment of this law. SECTION 5. Repealing Clause - All laws, decrees, executive orders, proclamations, rules and regulations, or parts thereof inconsistent herewith are hereby repealed or modified accordingly. SECTION 6. Effectivity - This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in at least two (2) national newspapers of general circulation.
