Prior to becoming a Mayor of Municipality of Rodriguez, Rizal - LtGen RONNIE S. EVANGELISTA is a competent combat officer of the Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) and a member of the Philippine Military Academy (PMA) “Sinagtala” Class of 1986. Belonging to the upper quartile of his class, LTGEN EVANGELISTA is an officer par excellence.
