Nilda B. Almencion

Nilda B. Almencion is a Filipino public official from the Province of South Cotabato, Philippines. She is an elected Member of the Sangguniang Panlalawigan (Provincial Board) representing the 1st District of South Cotabato. Almencion has served in the province’s legislative body since 30 June 2022 and continues to serve in the current term that extends through 30 June 2028. She has held key leadership roles within the Provincial Board, including chairing major committees.
