Neptali 'Boyet' Medina Gonzales II is a Filipino lawyer and politician who previously served as the Representative of Mandaluyong's Lone District for 24 non-consecutive years, from 1995 to 2004, 2007 to 2016, and 2019 to 2025. He also served as mayor of Mandaluyong from 2004 to 2007. He was one of the House Deputy Speakers during the 18th Congress and has been the House Majority Leader from 2001 to 2004 and 2010 to 2016.
