Marilyn Barua-Yap

Marilyn Barua-Yap is the current Chairperson of the Civil Service Commission (CSC) of the Philippines, having assumed office on October 16, 2024, following the confirmation of her appointment by the Commission on Appointments on November 20, 2024. She was appointed by President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. as ad interim chairperson, with her term scheduled to end on February 2, 2029. Barua-Yap succeeds Karlo Nograles, who served as interim chairperson until her appointment.
