Manuel Jose Mendoza Dalipe

Manuel Jose "Mannix" Mendoza Dalipe (born January 27, 1973) is a Filipino politician who served as the Representative for the 2nd Legislative District of Zamboanga City from 2016 to 2025. He was a key legislative figure during the 19th Congress, serving as the Majority Floor Leader of the House of Representatives from 2022 to 2025, where he was instrumental in advancing the administration's priority bills. Prior to his tenure in Congress, he served as the Vice Mayor of Zamboanga City from 2007 to 2010 and as a City Councilor from 1998 to 2007.
