Germelina Singson Goulart

Germelina "Germy" Singson Goulart is the incumbent mayor of Caoayan, Ilocos Sur, serving since at least 2019. She has been active in local governance and community development. In 2022, she was re-elected as mayor under the Nationalist People's Coalition (NPC). Her administration has focused on agricultural initiatives, such as distributing cattle breeders to local farmers to enhance livestock production.
