Genevive Lim‑Reyes is a Filipino politician currently serving as the Vice Governor of the Province of Antique. She assumed office on June 30, 2025, working alongside Governor Paolo Everardo Javier to lead the provincial government and the Sangguniang Panlalawigan (provincial board). Early Life and Education Genevive Lim-Reyes was born on October 14, 1984. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Central Philippine University.Political Career Reyes has built her career through various local government positions in Antique: SK Municipal Federation President of Caluya – representing youth leadership. Municipal Mayor of Caluya (2010–2019) – where she led local governance and development initiatives. Municipal Vice Mayor of Caluya (2019–2022) – presiding officer of the municipal council and continuing local programs. President, League of Municipalities of the Philippines – Antique Chapter, representing mayors in the province. In 2025, she was elected Vice Governor of Antique, becoming the presiding officer of the provincial legislature. Leadership and Advocacy As vice governor, Reyes emphasizes: collaboration among local government units responsive governance based on the needs of Antiqueños infrastructure development and rural community support disaster preparedness and community resilience. She has stated that listening to the voices of constituents and promoting unity among local leaders are key to achieving the province’s development goals.
