Fernanda Criz Lampas -Peralta

Presiding Justice Fernanda Lampas-Peralta is a highly seasoned jurist and a rare dual professional, being both a Certified Public Accountant and a lawyer since the early 1980s. She dedicated over two decades to the Court of Appeals as an Associate Justice before being appointed its Presiding Justice by President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. on November 18, 2024. Her career is rooted in extensive government service, including a significant tenure at the Office of the Solicitor General, and she is an alumna of the San Beda College of Law. Married to retired Chief Justice Diosdado Peralta, she is recognized for her longevity on the bench and is set to lead the appellate court until her mandatory retirement in June 2030.
