Dahlia Aguinaldo Loyola

Dahlia Aguinaldo Loyola served as the representative of Cavite’s 5th Congressional District from June 30, 2019 to June 30, 2022. She represented the municipalities of Carmona, Silang, and General Mariano Alvarez during the 18th Congress. Her administration in the House of Representatives continued legislative initiatives focused on district development and public service programs in eastern Cavite. She succeeded Roy M. Loyola, who had served three consecutive terms since the district’s creation in 2010, and later returned the congressional seat to him following the 2022 elections.
