Clarissa “Claire” Angeles Castro‑Seechung

She is a Filipino lawyer, media personality, and public servant known for her work in both legal practice and communications. She completed her Bachelor of Laws at the University of Santo Tomas (UST), graduating cum laude, reflecting strong academic performance in one of the Philippines’ prestigious law programs. Castro passed the Philippine bar exam on her first take, earning her license to practice law. In February 2025, Castro was appointed Undersecretary of the Presidential Communications Office (PCO) and Press Officer of Malacañang Palace, where she plays a key role in government communication and public engagement.
