Benjamin Reyes Tesoro Jr.

Sir Benjamin R. Tesoro is the third child of spouses former San Manuel, Tarlac Municipal Mayor and Municipal Vice Mayor Capt. Benjamin D. Tesoro (ret.) and Cresencia R. Tesoro. He is a graduate of Far Eastern University with degrees in political science and law. Earlier in his career, he was a legal and business practitioner, primarily engaged in litigation, corporate governance, risk management, intellectual property, banking, and land transportation for more than five years. In 2022, he was appointed as a Municipal Councilor of San Manuel before his subsequent electoral victory for Municipal Vice Mayor.
