UI w/ default buttons should respond to Enter key; Cancel button should respond to Esc key

The voting UI makes it appear that the Vote button is default, due to its color, but doesn't respond when Enter key is pressed. Similarly, any UI that has a Cancel button should respond to Esc key, but should confirm if changes are present.
