evidence submission failed

Due to the bug in submission the deeds, I wanted to contribute an evidence instead. unfortunately, it fails on submission. both attaching a file or adding link URL

Steps to Reproduce

1. open a deed 2. click contribute evidence button 3. upload a file or add link 4. submit evidence

Expected Behavior

submit successfully

Actual Behavior

submission failed

Browser: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/146.0.0.0 Safari/537.36

Device: Win32 | 2560x1440
