Duplicate and Cant Delete Educational Background

after adding and editing the educational background the unedited remains and create new one

Steps to Reproduce

editing submitted educational attainment , the edited create new submitted and the unedited will remain, also cant delete submitted educational attaintment

Expected Behavior

it should successfully edited and not create new one

Actual Behavior

it successfully edit but instead of editing the current it create new one with the edited ones (happen on JV Ejercito Profile
