Davao City is missing in the Location section when filling up your Profile information

I notice that when customizing my profile. I did not see Davao City in the city/municipality in the Location section.

1. Go to your profile (https://www.c4gg.net/profile) 2. Go to location section 3. Choose Region XI - Davao Region 4. Choose Davao Del Sur

Davao City is in the options

There is no Davao City in the options
