He clearly doesn't deserve to be the Ombudsman because he's showing partiality in favor of the president and he misinterprets the law when it's convenient for him which is a violation of the lawyer's CPRA. The Ombudsman should be impartial. He also agreed with Erwin Tulfo when he was asked that they need to bend the law to please the people. Jesus Crispin Remulla is also a liar and corrupt which is shown when he tried to lie to people to get away with his bend the law controversy. He's a corrupt official because he tries to limit transparency by limiting the release of government officials' SALN.

Her attitude is unbecoming of a government official, and it is illegal for government officials to lie. Claire also earns money from her Youtube channel including superchats which is a conflict of interest. While she claims in her Youtube channel that her vlogs are being done in her personal capacity and does not necessarily reflect the views and pronouncements of the president, Malacañang Palace and PCO, the false propaganda and lies she spread in her vlogs are the same in PCO. When people are outraged by the P500 noche buena remarks of Christina Roque, she laughed and she supported her remarks. Why don't she do it? She should just spend P500 for her noche buena.
