The title itself is false. So most of the content should be false or incorrect too. Lacson is covering up the flood control issue. He doesnt admit evidences if it points to his puppet master. He should not be in the brc. He is stalling the investigation and maybe trying to end it without any reault. Except for failed result; maybe. The word “investigating” in the title is false. Should be replaced with “covering up”.
