A resolution expressing the sense of the senate of the Philippines to protect all Filipinos against extraordinary rendition and guarantee them a reasonable time prior to their surrender by or extradition from the Philippines to seek redress from the courts and avail of legal remedies. The measure aims to protect Filipinos from extrajudicial transfers to foreign powers and ensures that individuals are given ample time to avail themselves of legal remedies and protection under Philippine law. Co-authored by senators Ronald Dela Rosa, Jinggoy Estrada, Francis Escudero, Christopher Bong Go, Rodante Marcoleta, Imee Marcos, Robinhood Padilla and Joel Villanueva.
