Context The national government (through the Support to Barangay Development Program under NTF-ELCAC) funded infrastructure projects in Baleno. Details Three projects were completed and inaugurated: - ₱10M farm-to-market road - ₱5M Level II water system - ₱5M electrification project Mayor Marites Dela Rosa was present as the local chief executive during the inauguration alongside national and regional officials. Impact - Improved transport of agricultural goods - Increased access to clean water - Expanded electricity access in the barangay
