Pinangunahan nina Mayor Gel Alonte at Vice Mayor Dada Reyes, kasama ang mga City Officials ang blessing at ribbon-cutting ceremony ng Growing Explorers Learning Hub sa Biñan City Hall (BCH) ngayong Pebrero 3. Ang Growing Explorers Learning Hub ay ginawa para sa mga kawani ng BCH na may mga anak. Layunin nitong magbigay ng ligtas at maayos na kapaligiran para sa mga bata, at nagbibigay-daan naman sa mga magulang na makapaglingkod ng maayos sa publiko.
