This DO shall govern the implementation of SCP, covering both land-based PUVs through LTFRB and maritime passenger transport services through MARINA, in accordance with the applicable provisions of the GAA. The SCP shall support intermodal and multimodal public transportation, including the promotion of environmentally sustainable transport technologies, and accessibility improvements for students, senior citizens, and PWDs.
