Amended the Philippine Passport Act of 1996 to extend the validity of regular passports to ten (10) years for citizens aged 18 and older. Minors (under 18) still receive a five-year valid passport. The law took effect on January 1, 2018, aiming to ease travel, especially for OFWs.
